fees and rebates

We provide services through a range of referral and funding pathways, and the relevant fees are outlined below.

Late cancellations and non-attended appointments incur a fee equal to the planned session fee. Late cancellation and non-attendance fees cannot be charged to a third party or funder (except for Bupa ADF and NDIS-funded clients), and do not attract a Medicare rebate.

  • The fees listed below are paid to us in full by clients at each session.

    Where relevant, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid referral from your GP, using your Mental Health Treatment Plan, or a Psychiatrist. Rebates are automatically processed by us, then paid by Medicare into your bank account within two business days.

    Session Fee - $275.00 (Standard) or $295.00 (After-Hours/Public Holiday)
    Medicare Rebate - $149.05

  • Self-Managed or Plan-Managed participants only.

    Standard (weekday) sessions: NDIS fees are charged directly to you (if self-managed) or your NDIS Plan Manager, in line with current NDIS pricing guidelines (currently $252.99 per hour).

    After-hours sessions (Thursday late afternoons and evenings, Saturdays and public holidays): We will confirm the fee to be paid in full by you to us, and you will then be able to claim back the maximum fee (currently $252.99 per hour) from your funding or Plan Manager.

    A support plan, including time for report writing or communication will be developed with you.

  • Victim Assist fees are generally charged in full to Victim Assist Queensland at the scheduled rate, however, we will confirm the arrangements based on your individual approval.

  • WorkCover session fees are charged in full to WorkCover Queensland, in line with current pricing guidelines and your individual treatment plan and approval.

  • CTP insurance session fees are charged in full to your CTP insurer, in line with current pricing guidelines and your individual treatment plan and approval.

  • Erin Bryant (formerly Carloss) is a STAP-trained clinical supervisor.

    She provides clinical supervision for:

    • Provisional Psychologists

    • Registered Psychologists;

    • Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrars; and

    • Other mental health practitioners and clinicians.

    Erin’s supervision session fee is $240.00 + GST.
